Patru medici de la Institutul de Gastroenterologie şi Hepatologie (IGH) din Iaşi au făcut plângere penală pe numele managerului spitalului, Mihai Lucaci, pentru abuz în serviciu.
Acesta este acuzat că ar fi schimbat indicatorii de performanţă între două din cele patru secţii ale institutului şi că i-ar fi mutat fără motive întemeiate de la cea mai performantă secţie din spital la cea mai slabă.
„Managerul a redistribuit majoritatea personalului care aparţine altor secţii decât cea indicată prin ordin, având în vedere motivaţii personale“, susţine Sandra Grădinaru, avocatul celor patru medici. „Toată activitatea a fost bulversată. Pacienţii pe care îi aveam în urmărire sunt obişnuiţi să-şi găsească medicul într-un anumit loc, să ştie de unde îl iau“, spune medicul Anca Trifan.
La rândul lui, Mihai Lucaci susţine că nu ştie nimic despre plângere. „Am făcut schimbările pentru că aşa am gândit eu organizarea, şi îmi este mai uşor să monitorizez activitatea cu 3 secţii care au număr egal de paturi. Despre plângerea penală nu ştiu nimic“, spune Mihai Lucaci.
