Afacerile derulate intre ieseanul Emanuel Mihail Iosub, de 36 ani, si firma de telefonie mobila sunt de ordinul milioanelor de euro. Cei de la Vodafone l-au acuzat pe iesean ca le-a tras o teapa de peste 20 de miliarde de lei vechi si au cerut despagubiri in instanta, numai ca judecatorii l-au considerat nevinovat. Potrivit deciziei luate ieri, magistratii au considerat ca fapta comisa de Iosub nu are gradul de pericol social al unei infractiuni si i-au dat doar o amenda administrativa de 300 lei. Pe de alta parte, Iosub a sustinut in fata anchetatorilor ca angajatii de la Vodafone nu trebuiau sa introduca acea fila CEC in banca pentru ca el depusese garantii suficiente in bani cash. In perioada 2007 – decembrie 2008, intre firma ieseanului si Vodafone s-au derulat afaceri de 370 de miliarde de lei vechi, aproape 9 milioane de euro. Procurorii au inteles ca Iosub nu a vrut sa tepuiasca firma de telefonie, insa l-au trimis in judecata din cauza ca pe fila CEC problema nu a scris data emiterii. “Filele CEC emise la solicitarea reprezentantilor Vodafone apartineau unui set de instrumente retrase din circulatie de catre BNR, acestea nemaiputand fi considerate instrumente de plata.
